SMS Terms

Placyn Technologies, LLC is the planned provider of this SMS program. Its formation and GHL messaging registration are pending. Enrollment and text delivery remain disabled.
Your choices
When activated, Placyn Technologies, LLC will offer two optional message categories for Placyn customers: account notifications about account activity and service updates; and marketing about Placyn product announcements and special offers. Automated systems may send these texts. You can choose either category, both, or neither on the SMS preferences page. Creating an account, providing your phone number, and consenting to emails do not provide SMS permission. Marketing consent is not a condition of buying or using Placyn.
Number ownership and delivery
Provide only a U.S. mobile number you control. Selecting categories does not by itself verify that number or activate delivery. We must complete ownership verification and messaging approval before sending. Tell support if you change or give up your number. A subscription cannot be transferred to someone else.
Frequency and charges
The number of messages varies with account activity and promotions. Your wireless provider may charge for messages or data, including replies. Ask your provider about your plan. Carriers are not responsible for texts that arrive late or fail to arrive.
Stop texts
Reply STOP to the number that sent the text. After the supported unsubscribe confirmation, both account-notification and marketing texts from that number stop. You can also request cancellation through support. Saving preferences or editing your account does not override an existing opt-out. To join again, use the supported re-enrollment process and explicitly select the categories you want. Until that process is available, contact support.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the mobile details, consent evidence, service providers, and opt-out records used for this program. SMS permission is specific to Placyn Technologies, LLC and does not authorize unrelated businesses to text you.
Placyn’s role
Placyn provides rental search and related account services. It does not manage properties, accept rental applications or screening documents, or make rental approval decisions. Questions about a particular rental belong with its listing manager or owner. Do not send identification, passwords, financial documents, or screening records by text.
