Source and editorial standard
MLS rental details come from the Honolulu MLS feed; owner-listed details are supplied by the owner. Both may change after publication. Placyn labels missing details instead of guessing, identifies the listing contact supplied by the source, and asks renters to verify current terms directly. Renter guidance links to government or similarly authoritative sources and is general information, not legal advice.
