Guest house
A common name for a separate space on the same property as a main home. On Placyn, this category is for self-contained owner-listed rentals with their own kitchen and bathroom.
ADU
Short for accessory dwelling unit: a secondary home with its own kitchen, sleeping, and bathroom facilities. It can be attached to or detached from the main home.
