Renting in Hawaiʻi Kai
Hawaiʻi Kai ranges from marina-side condos and townhomes to houses in valleys and hillside neighborhoods. West Marina, Hahaʻione, Mariner’s Ridge and Kalama Valley offer different layouts and access.
Marina frontage does not automatically include dock use, and community facilities may have separate tenant rules. Ask what is included in the lease and test the Kalanianaʻole Highway trip at the time you travel.
